STEP 1. TAKE THE PHOTO

We will use a photo to verify your heater has been disabled. Just be sure the cut cord and serial number are clearly visible in the photo you are about to take.

Refer to the image on the left for the ideal way to take the photo.

IMPORTANT: Do not discard your disabled heater until you have received confirmation of your replacement shipment from Vornado.
