Upon receipt of the label, pack your disabled heater with the cut power cord in a box (no padding required), print, apply the label to an outside panel, and take it to your closest UPS location. Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll ship your replacement. You will receive a tracking number via email notifying you that your replacement is on its way.
Expect transit times of 5 business days each way during shipments.
